Civic Wallet may be blocked if the wallet owner has reported security concerns. Civic Wallet may also be blocked for violating our Terms and Conditions of Use.
If you have gone through account review, one of your accounts will be blocked:
- If approved, we will block your original account
- If rejected, we will block the new account
Accounts may be blocked due to country restrictions If the document's issuing country is not listed below and Civic Wallet shows account blocked, please contact support.
Nationals and residents of the following countries are restricted from using Civic Wallet due to Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) restrictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, and Crimea region of Ukraine.
