If you want to add funds to your Civic Wallet, you will need to connect to a bank account to do so.
To begin, open Civic Wallet and click, "Add Funds"
From here, the Civic app will walk you through connecting to your Bank Account so that you can transfer funds into your Wallet. You will be asked to enter:
- Social Security Number
- Residential Address
Next, you will need to take a video selfie.
After the video selfie, it is time to connect to your bank! You'll need your online banking login details. Choose your bank and enter your login details.
Congratulations! You can now transfer money into your Civic Wallet.
