When moving to a new phone you will need to restore your Civic Wallet from the back-up made on your previous phone.
Please follow the steps below to restore your civic Wallet
- Download Civic Wallet
- Enter your email address and early access code
- When presented with the Google Drive Backup screen, click "Enable Google Drive Backup"
- Choose the account you used for previous backups
- Click Restore My Account
- Enter the email address previously used for Civic Wallet
The app will restore your backup and your Wallet, including your funds, will be restored.
If you choose to create a new account instead your account will go into review.
