When moving to a new phone you will need to restore your Civic Wallet from the back-up made on your previous phone. Please follow the steps below to restore your Civic Wallet.
Android Users:
- Download Civic Wallet
- Swipe through the initial screens and choose "I already have an account" on the final page
- Click "Enable Google Drive Backup"
- Choose the account you used for previous backups
- Click Restore My Account
- Enter the email address associated with your Civic Wallet account
iOS Users:
- Download Civic Wallet
- Click Restore My Account
- Complete quick video selfie enrollment, or enter email address associated with your Civic Wallet account
The app will restore the backup of your Civic Wallet account, as well as existing funds.
If you choose to create a new account instead your account will go into review.
