If you receive "An unexpected error occurred" when sending funds to another Civic Wallet user it may indicate that:
- The user's account is not ready or able to receive funds
- The user does not have an account card for the type of token being sent
If you receive this error please confirm the wallet address with the recipient is correct and is for the type of coin being sent.
Warning! Sending funds to the incorrect address will result in loss of funds. Civic is not liable and cannot reverse the transact
